We are partnering up with Des Moines Girl for our 5K Saturday night celebration of female empowerment and strength. Held annually at Jasper Winery, this event brings together women of all ages and abilities to participate in a scenic 5K race through the trails and roads surrounding the winery in downtown Des Moines. The event includes post-race festivities such as live music and wine on the lawn of Jasper, making it a fun and inclusive event for all. But don’t wait until the evening to join us. Events to get you moving will be taking place all day long (free of charge) during packet pick up including a braid bar, yoga + meditation on the lawn, and outdoor spin classes!

The Des Moines Women's 10K race is an inspiring event that celebrates the strength and determination of women. Starting and finishing at Jasper Winery, this race brings together women from the local community and beyond to participate in a 10K course through the beautiful trails and roads of downtown Des Moines. The race is open to women of all ages and abilities. 10K athletes share much of the half marathon route but will split off to the finish for wine (must be 21+), light snacks and live music. The Des Moines Women's 10K race is a testament to the incredible resilience and determination of women, and serves as a powerful source of inspiration for runners and spectators alike.

The Des Moines Women's Half Marathon is a unique and empowering Iowa event held annually at Jasper Winery. This race invites women of all ages and abilities to challenge themselves and test their limits as they run 13.1 miles on the streets, trails and parks of downtown Des Moines. The event also includes post-race party such as live music, wine and light snacks. The Des Moines Women's Half Marathon not only celebrates the resilience and strength of women, but also creates a fun and supportive community for all attendees. This race is an inspiring opportunity for women to come together and demonstrate their determination and tenacity.

Our 3-person relay is a perfect excuse to get together with your girlfriends, workout partners or co-workers to work together to take down the challenge of a half marathon. Each team member will run 4-4.5 miles of our half marathon course before 'passing the baton' at our relay exchange zones.
Register your team before March 25th to have your team name printed on your bib!

A ‘we want more’ kind of attitude. Whether you are looking for the extra challenge or more weekend fun the DSMWHM Double events are where it’s at. Double the races, double the swag. There are two options to choose from :

Achieving two events in one weekend is a pretty big deal and we won’t be the ones to stop you. You will crush the challenge you’ve set out for and we will be there cheering you on.
