As of November 2023, we're happy to announce the Culver's continues to offer customers the ability to communicate directly to their customer support team. In addition to the Culver's Survey, you can access the Culver's Support form where you'll have the opportunity to select from one of four customer support categories. By submitting a compliment, suggestion, concern, or 'something else' you can relay specific feedback about a recent experience to Culver's. This is an additional benefit above and beyond taking the Culver's survey, and does not prohibit you from submitting the survey as usual.
How do I access the TellCulvers survey?
You can access the Culver's Survey on the Culver's customer feedback website. The survey is available in both English and Spanish.
What do I get if I complete the survey?
Once you complete the Tell Culver's Survey, you'll get a free scoop of ice cream. Your free ice cream can be redeemed at the same Culver's location which you visited prior to filling out the survey.
