When do the annual forms and 4th qrt 2023 come out?
Hi there, @RTO.
I'd like to share my insights on when the annual forms and 4th quarter come out. Technically, these forms come out at the end of the year.
Furthermore, you can check this article to find out which payroll taxes and forms QuickBooks Payroll pays and files for you: Understand the taxes and forms that QuickBooks payroll submits for you.
Additionally, I'd like to leave this article if you want to view payroll tax payments and forms: View your previously filed tax forms and payments.
If you have more questions about managing the forms or any QuickBooks products, don't hesitate to reply. I'm always around to help!

When do the annual forms and 4th qrt 2023 come out?
Thank you. But do you know when at the end of the year? Is there a specific date? Would like to get a jump on the payrolls I am done with.

When do the annual forms and 4th qrt 2023 come out?
Hi there, @RTO.
Allow me to chime in and provide additional information about the date. Starting January 1, you'll be able to file your quarterly and annual forms in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll. Before you can file your quarterly and annual forms, ensure that yourpayroll tax table is up to date.
Furthermore, you can check these articles to guide you in understanding different federal payroll forms, tax payments and how to send your state W-2s to your state agency using QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Enhanced:
- Understand federal forms and tax payments for 941, 944, 943, and 940.
- File your state W-2s with QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Enhanced.
- How QuickBooks populates Form 941.
Please feel free to leave a comment below if you have further concerns about the quarterly and annual forms. We're always here to help you.
